Summertime finally feels like it is below and we are soaking up as much sunshine as we can just before we head off to Europe for 5 weeks. One of our favourite factors to do in our hometown of Port Macquarie is the coastal stroll along the beautiful seashores in our area. The coastal wander stretches for 9km from Lighthouse Seaside to the Hastings River and passes by way of rainforest, together sandy beaches and along stunning coastal headlands. It was a attractive sunny day when we did the stroll a several months in the past and we just could not assist but share some snaps of this beautiful stroll!
It was the most charming day and there was rarely any one on the wander, so we mainly had these beautiful sights all to ourselves! From the Lighthouse, the very first seaside you come across is Miner’s Beach front. It’s really a nude sunbathing beach, but it’s fairly unusual to see sunbathers there.
We spotted this pleasant minimal kookaburra who was savoring the look at too!
Miner’s Seaside has some of the most the natural way lovely landscapes in Port Macquarie.
Our following beach was Shelly Beach, a single of our favourite beaches for strolling alongside following function. My mum essentially utilised to wander alongside this seashore when she was expecting with me! So I’ve been exploring this seashore for longer than most folks!
We then strolled together Nobby’s Seaside (the doggie beach front) and Flynn’s Beach front just before arriving at Windmill Hill – a place common for weddings.
The stroll then continues along a shady path to Oxley Beach front, Town Seaside and the Hastings River.
The Port Macquarie coastal wander is one particular of our favorite matters to do on a weekend. There’s very little like acquiring out in the fantastic outside to exercising and get pleasure from the stunning natural scenery all around exactly where we stay. We’re so fortunate to live in such a attractive part of the entire world and any time we have website visitors we generally choose them on the coastal walk, and most of the time we are lucky more than enough to see dolphins and whales!
